Christ Caring for People
Through People
Stephen Ministry is a trained confidential ministry. Those receiving care can be sure that their identity and what goes on in the caring relationship will remain private.
The Birth of Stephen Ministry
at Trinity
In the spring of 2000, Stephen Ministry, a Christ-centered organization, came to Trinity Presbyterian Church to provide sound, practical, and life-changing resources for our congregation. Since then, 32 trained Stephen Ministers have brought every day care to those who have needed Christ's healing love. They have provided and continue to provide a safe, positive, and kind environment in which people can feel respect, and experience a confidential relationship. Currently, 16 Stephen Ministers and 3 Stephen Leaders serve our church.
If you would like a Stephen Minister to call on you, a loved one, or a friend, please call a Stephen Leader.

To Become a Stephen Minister
Generally, classes begin the second week of October and end May of the following year. Except for holidays, students meet once a week for two and a half hours.
