Ways To Become A Member
Letter of Transfer
One who is a member of a particular church may be received by letter of transfer from that church. At your request, Trinity will write to your former church to request a letter of membership transfer.
Reaffirmation of Faith
When previously one was a member of a Christian church and is unable to secure a certificate of transfer, such a person may reaffirm his/her profession of faith and his/her acceptance of responsibility in the life of the chruch.
Profession of Faith
Profession of faith is another way in which a person may be received into membership by the church session. In this case, baptism is a requirment prior to becoming a member. If you are not now a baptized Christian, Pastor Chuck will be happy to discuss the meaning of baptism with you.
Affiliate Membership
If you wish Trinity to be your "home away from home", but wish to retain you membership in your "home" church, we invite you to join us as an Affiliate Member. This grants you full participation in Trinity, except voting privileges.
What's A Trinquirer?
Our Outreach MAT (Ministry Action Team) host classes for those seeking to become new members or those who would like more information about Trinity. This will be your opportunity to learn about Trinity, who we are, as well as some of the "basics" about the Prebyterian Form of Government. You will also have the opportunity to ask questions. Call the church office or talk with Pastor Chuck to learn about the next available class.
