Trinity's Own Oktoberfest
This event was a huge success!
Saturday, October 29th - 3:00-5:30pm
Come enjoy authentic Oktoberfest music by Bill Miler's German Band as you feast on brats & grilled chicken prepared by Chef Graham on his kettle grill. There will be lots of food to go around and of course plenty of root beer. Be sure to wear your dancing shoes - we'll have space reserved in the hall for those who want to kick up their heels and do a little dancin'!

and Suncoast Wind Quintet

Join us for an evening of your Christmas Yule Sing-a-Long as we host the Suncoast Wind Quintet. A dinner will be served preceding the concert at 5:30pm in our Community Life Center. Reservations for the dinner is requested. Call the church office for details.
Guy Penrod in Concert
January 19, 2012
The Guy Penrod Concert was be held in the sanctuary. Guy Penrod is a gospel music singer mostly known for his work as the lead singer of the Gaither Vocal Band, a position he held from 1994-2008. Sharon Sutherland staged this event. It was a very popular event with every ticket being sold.

Purpose of Events MAT
The Purpose of this MAT is to provide a venue for fellowship with existing church members and an outreach to potential new members through periodic dinners and entertainment events.
Responsibilities:
To secure entertainment for four to five events each year
To oversee the operations in providing food/refreshments for each occasion:
- Procure chef/cook
- Deciding Menu with Chef / cook
- Purchasing Food with Chef
- Advertising Event with local newspapers through church publicist
- Tracking reservations for each event
- Finding Volunteers to prepare / serve and cleanup following the event
To oversee locking up facility, checking that lights and air have been turned off following each event.

SUNCOAST CHORALE CONCERTS
Suncoast Chorale begins 34th season
Join us while we perform a rich variety of music that is sure to please every generation. Our 2011-2012 season has many surprises in store with special guest appearances, giveaways and, as always, our "sing along." So much talent in one place. Roy Engler is beginning his sixth year as Artistic Director with the Suncoast Chorale. He has been the inspiration for a higher level of musical talent which is sure to impress and delight your senses. John Renfroe, accompanist, is a highly talented musician well known in his area of expertise. They have many surprises in store for you this season. We are dedicated to bring you the finest in musical entertainment.
CHRISTMAS MEMORIES -- DECEMBER 2, 2011 (7:30PM)
It's the most wonderful time of the year (as the song goes) when we remember "Silent Night" and "Jingle Bells." Join us in our own Christmas memories ranging from "Four Old English Carols" to "The Night Before Christmas." We will also host our annual "Sing Along" inviting our audience to share our memories.
A BLEND OF POPS -- FEBRUARY 24, 2012 (7:30PM)
Covering all types of popular music from the 1930's to present you will dance "Cheek to Cheek" with George M. Cohan even if you "Don't Get Around Much Anymore." On the "Banks of Doon" you will try to capture "Time In A Bottle" with Jim Croce. Our guest performers will dazzle you with their musical expertise. Come and enjoy this delightful evening.
A GERMAN REQUIEM -- APRIL 20, 2012 (7:30PM)
Our final concert of the season will be Ein Deutsches Requiem by Johannes Brahms. This challenging masterwork inspired by the loss of Brahms' friend and mentor, Robert Schumann, and Brahms' mother takes us from sorrow and grief to joy and comfort. Please join the Chorale and special guest soloists and instrumentalists when we present this true musical treasure.
